My Take
Judged only as a scheduler, the auto-planner is the real article: a solver that re-fits every unfinished task around the calendar each time a meeting moves, which no manual to-do list survives. Judged as the suite it has become since the December 2025 Series C, it is a middling Asana with a very good calendar attached. Pricing is the sticking point. There is no free plan, $19 a seat annually or $29 if you pay monthly, and the AI sits behind a credit pool that runs down faster than the 7,500 figure implies. Reclaim covers most of the scheduling value for nothing, and for a lot of engineers that is the better trade.
